Returns and Refunds

We offer returns and refunds only in the case of damaged products. If you receive a damaged item, please follow the process outlined below:

  • Contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order
  • Provide clear photographs of the damaged product and packaging
  • Include your order number and details of the damage

Once we verify the damage, we will process your refund or arrange for a replacement product.

RTO (Return to Origin) Charges

Important: If an order is returned due to refusal to accept delivery, incorrect address provided by the customer, or customer unavailability, the RTO (Return to Origin) charges will be borne by the buyer. These charges will be deducted from any refund amount.

Non-Returnable Items

Products that are not damaged cannot be returned or refunded. Please ensure you review product specifications and details before placing your order.

Refund Process

Approved refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days and credited back to the original payment method used during purchase.
