Yes. All products sold on Tech Preneur are 100% genuine and sourced directly from authorized distributors or manufacturers. Every item includes a valid manufacturer warranty.
3. Do you offer lights from brands other than Philips?
Absolutely. Along with Philips, we also offer leading brands such as Syska, Havells, Crompton, Wipro, and Bajaj to give our customers multiple choices and price options.
4. How can I place an order?
Simply browse our website, add your selected products to the cart, and proceed to checkout. Payments can be made securely through credit/debit cards, UPI, or net banking.
5. Do you deliver across Punjab?
Yes, we provide fast and reliable delivery to all major cities and towns across Punjab. Delivery time typically ranges from 2–5 business days depending on the location.
6. What are the shipping charges?
We offer free delivery on orders above ₹999. For orders below that value, a minimal shipping fee is applied, which is shown during checkout before you confirm your order.
7. Can I return or exchange a product?
Yes. If you receive a defective or incorrect item, you can request a return or exchange within 7 days of delivery. The product must be unused, with original packaging and invoice.
8. How do I track my order?
Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email or SMS with a tracking link so you can check your delivery status anytime.

We accept all major payment options — Credit Cards, Debit Cards, Net Banking, UPI, and popular wallets. Cash on Delivery (COD) may be available on select pin codes.
